"After some recent trouble getting one of the larger pest control companies to come out, or even call us back, we called CPE. Darnell was able to fit us in quickly, and came out the same day. He was on time, and very professional. His efforts to explain our situation, and the proposed solution, were much appreciated. Common Questions About Bed Bug Treatment

Everything you need to know about our Detroit bed bug elimination services.

You may see bed bugs for up to 10 - 14 days after treatment. This is normal and will be addressed during the follow-up.

ALL clothing that has been placed within a clear bag MUST BE EITHER DRIED ON SITE, TAKEN TO A CLEANERS, OR LAUNDRY MAT for drying purposes at a high temperature for at least 35 - 40 minutes. This will kill any and all stages of bed bugs that may be on the clothing.

ALL items of concern have either been placed within a clear plastic bag or inside a clear tote. Because the UNIT is being prepped that means it will be rearranged. So, when returning to your residence make sure you inspect every tote and clear trash bag before a complaint of theft is submitted.

* We take pictures before and after all preparation/treatment services to ensure the safety of your items.

After treatment it is the responsibility of the tenant to put their unit back after treatment has been rendered. In cases where the tenant is unable to put their unit back together, we will come out to assist at no extra cost.

YES, we only ask that you keep the lid on after retrieving your item(s).

The Totes have been treated and keeping it closed will help kill any bed bugs that may have been packed away unnoticed!

Yes. Our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach utilizes advanced baiting systems that are virtually odorless, have low toxicity to non-targeted animals, and produce no airborne particles.

For the vast majority of our services (Ants, Spiders, Rodents, Wasps), you do not need to leave your home. You can simply hang out in a different room while we work. The only exceptions are specialized treatments like full-home Bed Bug Heat Remediation or certain heavy-infestation Roach clean-outs, where we will provide you with a clear schedule in advance.

We pride ourselves on fast local response times. Most standard service requests are fulfilled within 24–48 hours. For urgent issues like an active hornet’s nest near an entrance or a sudden bed bug discovery, we offer emergency same-day or next-day priority scheduling.

If you are not completely satisfied with a regular treatment, we will return to re-treat the area at no additional cost. Should issues persist, we will continue to work until resolved, or refund your last monthly payment, provided that established maintenance and sanitation requirements are met.

Invoices are sent on the first of each month and are due upon receipt.
