For the vast majority of our services (Ants, Spiders, Rodents, Wasps), you do not need to leave your home. You can simply hang out in a different room while we work. The only exceptions are specialized treatments like full-home Bed Bug Heat Remediation or certain heavy-infestation Roach clean-outs, where we will provide you with a clear schedule in advance.

We pride ourselves on fast local response times. Most standard service requests are fulfilled within 24–48 hours. For urgent issues like an active hornet’s nest near an entrance or a sudden bed bug discovery, we offer emergency same-day or next-day priority scheduling.

Trapping is a temporary fix for the mice currently in your home. Exclusion is a permanent solution. We identify the dime-sized holes in your foundation, garage door seals, and utility lines, then seal them with industrial-grade materials like steel mesh and concrete sealants that rodents cannot chew through.

We use an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. Inside your home, we prioritize mechanical trapping and structural exclusion to prevent rodents from dying in inaccessible areas like wall voids. Outside, we use tamper-resistant bait stations to knock down the local population before they ever find a way in.

If you are not completely satisfied with a regular treatment, we will return to re-treat the area at no additional cost. Should issues persist, we will continue to work until resolved, or refund your last monthly payment, provided that established maintenance and sanitation requirements are met.

Invoices are sent on the first of each month and are due upon receipt.
